This slicer is forged from 1075 high-carbon steel with a differential heat treatment. Polished with stones to reveal the hamon line, this knife is ideal for slicing through boneless proteins like salmon fillet or pork loin. The ultra-light blade and narrow profile make this knife extremely nimble while slicing.

The handle is made with Ukrainian bog oak and is fitted with a reclaimed sterling silver bolster.
