Knife Care Kit

If you’ve never owned a high carbon steel knife before, caring for them can seem like a daunting task. In this kit we have included what we use to maintain all our high-carbon steel knives.

The kit includes:

Tsubaki Oil (camelia seed oil) which protects the steel from rust and enhances patina in a convenient 15ml glass dropper bottle.

Handle Care Balm which helps to condition wooden handles and restore their water-resistant finish. Made in house from a blend of beeswax, carnauba wax, and tung oil in a 15g aluminum jar.

A compostable bamboo cloth.

Abrasive paper to remove rust spots if they do form.

Instructions for use and knife care advice.

A linen pouch for storage.

All the packaging is reusable and recyclable and all the ingredients in the balm and oil are 100% food safe.
