Paring Knife

This paring knife is forged from 1084 high-carbon steel and fitted with a reclaimed black walnut handle topped with our signature coconut shell bolster.

This paring knife is equally comfortable working in the hand or on a chopping board for light prep work.

The distal taper from the spine to the cutting edge results in a sturdy yet nimble blade with no flex.
