Chef's Knife
This chef’s knife is forged from 1084 high carbon steel. It boasts a differential heat treatment and was polished with whetstones to reveal the hamon. The distal taper of the blade allows for a fine tip for detail work, and a beefier cutting edge at the heel made to chop through prep work with ease.
The handle is carved from reclaimed black walnut and is fitted with a mahogany end cap and a sugar maple and coconut shell bolster.
