Chef's Knife

This chef’s knife is forged from 1084 high-carbon steel and fitted with a Maple handle topped with a coconut shell bolster.

Made to be a workhorse, the leaf shaped blade and swooping belly of this knife make it a highly versatile addition to any kitchen. A feather-light blade combined with a tall heel make for a nimble knife that feels much lighter than it looks.
