Tagalong 2

The Tagalong is a small kiridashi-inspired paring knife built for the in-between tasks: peeling in the hand, slicing fruit, opening boxes, cutting twine. The jobs too small for a chef's knife or even a petty knife, but too fiddly to bother with scissors.

Forged from a single piece of 1075 high carbon steel with a differential heat treatment, distal taper, and an unfussy matte finish.
