Return Policy for Consumers

1. Scope
1.1 This return policy applies to purchases made solely by consumers via our
online shop.
1.2 Nothing in this policy affects the consumers mandatory statutory rights,
including the right of withdrawal and rights in case of defective goods under
applicable law.

2. Right to withdraw
2.1 The consumer may withdraw from the purchase without reason within 14 days
after the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the
consumer, receives the goods. If the consumers order consists of multiple
goods delivered separately, the return period runs from the day the consumer,
or a third party indicated by the consumer, receives the last item in the order.
2.2 The consumer may exercise the right to withdraw before the receipt of the
goods.
3. How to withdraw from your purchase
3.1 To exercise the right to withdraw, the consumer must inform us of the decision
by an unequivocal statement before the expiration of the acceptable return
period.
3.2 The statement of withdrawal can be made by sending an email to
spijk@rockyhillforge.com.
3.3 The consumer will receive a shipping label with instructions to returning the
goods.

4. Returning the goods
4.1 The consumer must send back the goods or hand them over to us without
undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the
consumer informed us of the decision to withdraw from the purchase.

4.3 Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer will bear the direct cost of returning
the goods.
4.4 We recommend that the consumer keep proof of postage (e.g. a receipt or
tracking number), as the consumer is responsible for the goods until they
reach us.

5. Condition of the goods and reduction in value
5.1 The consumer may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to
establish their nature, characteristics and functioning – in the same way as the
consumer would be allowed to do in a physical shop.
5.2 The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting
from handling other than what is necessary for this purpose. If the goods have
been used or handled more than this, we may deduct an amount
corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.
5.3 The consumer is not required to return the goods in the original packaging.
However, the consumer should pack the goods securely so that they are not
damaged in transit. If the original packaging is missing and this leads to a
reduction in the value of the goods, we may take this into account when
calculating any deduction.

6. Refunds
6.1 When the consumer has returned the goods in accordance with our return
policy, we will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the
cost of standard delivery (i.e. the cheapest type of delivery we offer), without
undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we
are informed of the consumers decision to withdraw from the purchase.
6.2 If the consumer choses a more expensive type of delivery than our standard
delivery, we will not refund the additional costs.

6.3 We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or the
consumer have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is
the earliest.
6.4 We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as the
consumer used for the initial transaction.
7. Goods that cannot be returned
7.1 The consumers right to withdraw from the purchase do not apply to certain
types of goods, for example (i) goods made to your specifications or clearly
personalized or (ii) sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to
health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
7.2 If a product is not eligible for return, we will clearly state this in the product
description before you place your order.
8. Defective or incorrect goods
8.1 If a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, the consumer must inform us
without undue delay, and in any event no later than the mandatory statutory
rights under applicable law.
