The handle is hand-hammered and forge blackened 304 stainless steel.

  • Ultra wide base plate from handle to copper body is 15.24cm

  • Lining is hand wiped tin from Northcoast copper

    Dimensions:

  • wall height - 4cm,

  • edge to edge diameter is 31 cm

  • wall thickness 2.3mm,

  • three 5mm shank copper rivets rivets heads are about 8/9mm

    The pure copper body of this pan is exceptionally responsive to heat and with 2.3mm thick walls, this pan is built to work. The thick, hand wiped tin lining makes for a long lasting, and gloriously non-stick surface. A hand forged stainless steel handle gives the strength and support traditional copper pans are associated with, while being lighter and easier to maintain than cast iron. The gently sloping walls allow for effortless access to the 'corners' of the cooking surface with spatulas and spoons.
